We make the necessary transactions to obtain authorizations to incorporate a company involved in exterior commerce, in accordance with the requirements set forth by the decree published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on May 3, 1990.

Likewise, we follow the corresponding proceedings to obtain and renew registrations of companies meeting the requirements set forth by the Decree to regulate the operation of ALTEX enterprise as well as those set forth by the Decree setting temporary exportation programs en the manufacture of exportation items (PITEX).
